How do I book a consultation?

Consultation appointments can be booked by phone or email. We can schedule meeting after you fill out our consultation form prior to our scheduling so we have a better idea of your needs.

Do you have a minimum for weddings and events?

No. We sometimes have a limit to how many events we can take on in a given time due to the demands of the project. Connect with us to see if we are available for booking on your date.

Do you offer wedding packages?

Most events are custom tailored to the individual needs of the client. While we don’t offer packages we can share a general pricing guide here.

How far in advance do I need to book wedding flowers?

We can begin planning an event 18 months in advance but it usually helps to book a florist after you have booked the venue so we can begin drafting an estimate for the needs of the space. Events can also be planned in as little as two months in advance depending upon our availability. For short notice please email us for availability.

How do I reserve a date for my wedding or event?

After our initial consultation we will draft an estimate and moodboard for your review. Upon final approval ephemera will take a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date.

Do you offer Prints?

A print section will be available in our webshop shortly.

Do you do flowers for editorial/photoshoots?

Yes. We have worked on campaigns for commercial, editorial and fashion photo shoots and love seeing our flowers in print or published. Please feel free to reach out about availability and rates.

Can I get same day delivery?

For flower deliveries we do require 24 hours notice

What is your cancellation policy?

When booking ephemera for wedding and events we take a 50% non-refundable retainer. Final payment is due 1 month prior to event. Cancellations can be made as long as there is 1 month notice prior to the event. The retainer is non-refundable but any additional payments will be eligible for return after you sign our termination contract.

Can you create a sample arrangement?

Yes, you can order sample arrangements to be delivered to you or reviewed at the studio if you like. If flowers are not seasonally available substitutions will be made in your chosen color palette and texture.
